bookingkit is Europe’s leading booking and reservation software for tours and activities. We’re building an AI-powered Success Platform to help attractions - museums, sights, theme parks and experience providers - grow ticket sales and streamline operations.
And that's where you come in: We are looking for you as Head of Sales (m/f/d) to drive us forward on this exciting journey.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) based on a hybrid model. While the role offers remote flexibility, we are looking for a candidate who can join us at our Berlin office 1–2 days per week.
👤 Why you? Why now?
Our 2026 strategy bets on strategic partnerships (POS, entry management) as a growth multiplier. Our brand is known and our product serves the core business of its customers. Our next Head of Sales is someone who can turn that momentum into sustained growth within our ICP.
This is a builder role. You'll inherit a team of experienced AEs, a clear company strategy, a CRO who provides the framework. The execution architecture is yours to (re)design and implement. You operate with an AI-first mind-set.
💻 Daily tasks
Own the Sales strategy to execute bookingkit's Sales-led GTM motion
Lead and coach a team of 8-10 AEs across Mid Market and SMB segments
Own P&L for pipeline generation and conversion through structured outbound and high-conversion inbound processing
Recruit, onboard, and ramp up new AEs: You own the full hiring cycle from profile definition to ramp-up success
Design and run an internal enablement program: playbooks, trainings, coaching, and skill development frameworks
Establish, improve, and enforce SOPs, SLAs, processes, and reporting
You strive for continuous improvement of the sales approach, which you achieve both through collaboration and by leveraging AI and automation
Report on target achievement, funnel health, and countermeasures to CRO and leadership
You make decisive calls on underperformance: coaching first and accountability always
✅ Must-Haves
You combine strategic oversight with tactical execution and the ability to deep-dive into operational detail. All of which with data-driven rigor
You have built or turned around a B2B SaaS sales team from underperformance to consistent target achievement
You have successfully implemented, executed, and leveraged Sales frameworks (SPIN, SPICED, …) and GTM architecture (bowtie model)
You have a proven track record of hiring AEs and ramping them to quota attainment with a repeatable system
You have designed or significantly improved a sales enablement structure: onboarding programs, coaching cadences, call libraries, skill matrices, or similar
You manage data-driven: you use funnel data, conversion rates, and activity metrics to diagnose problems, create solutions, and prioritize actions
Builder type: You drive collaboration with Connectivity, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and make sure it feeds back into Sales performance
You have 3+ years of sales leadership in B2B SaaS
You are fluent in English; German is a strong plus for the DACH market
You are experienced with HubSpot or equivalent CRM leveraging it to manage performance (pipeline management, report and workflow creation)
🎀 Nice-to-Haves
Experience in the tourism, attractions, or events vertical
Experience with GTM motions targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts, ideally if these included partner-referred and partner-influenced deals
Familiarity with modern sales tooling: Clay, sales engagement platforms, AI-assisted prospecting
Experience scaling a Sales team successfully across multiple European markets
You speak additional European languages (German, Italian, French, Spanish, Polish)
Experience building enablement in a compensation environment that is not top-of-market - i.e. you know how to attract and retain talent through development, culture, and career growth rather than salary alone
