Head of Connectivity (m/f/d)
We usually respond within three days
Location: Remote-first (Berlin HQ) Start Date: May 1st, 2026 Team: Product & Tech / Partnerships Company: bookingkit GmbH
👋 About Us
bookingkit is Europe’s leading booking and reservation software for tours and activities. We’re building an AI-powered Success Platform to help attractions - museums, sights, theme parks and experience providers - grow ticket sales and streamline operations.
👤 About the Role
We are looking for you as our Head of Connectivity (m/f/d) to architect and lead our partner-led growth motion. At Bookingkit, "Connectivity" is the heart of our strategy. Every partnership we build is a powerful fusion of commercial synergy and deep technical integration - from hardware-driven on-site solutions (POS/Entry Management) to global resellers and OTAs.
This is a full-time (40h/week) position. Hybrid or remote, the work setup choice is yours! This role requires a regular presence in our key European markets to meet local stakeholders, build trust with partners, and represent bookingkit at major industry fairs.
🎯 What you'll own
Drive Partner-Led Growth: You are the architect of bookingkit’s ecosystem strategy. You will transform partnerships from a product integration into a primary growth engine for the company.
End-to-End Partner Lifecycle Management: Own the entire partner journey: from strategic scouting and qualification to commercial modeling, contract negotiation, through to launch and driving joint GTM initiatives.
Shared GTM & Scaling: You will collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams as well as our partners to create powerful go-to-market motions that drive joint customer acquisition and revenue.
Commercial-Technical Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between our commercial goals and our dedicated development team. You will ensure integrations are prioritized, built, and launched to maximize market impact.
AI Ecosystem Expansion: Identify "best-in-class" third-party AI providers and secure partnerships that allow for deeply embedded automation within bookingkit’s product by integrating specialist AI tools.
Partnership Program Architecture: Mature our existing partnership structures. This includes designing and implementing an external-facing Partner Tiering System, streamlining onboarding processes, and managing KPIs across the entire lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to turn technical integrations into compelling market USPs and joint go-to-market motions.
Team Leadership with an AI-First Mindset: Lead and grow a high-performing partnerships team, championing the use of AI tools to increase internal productivity and automate processes.
🧠 You Bring
The "Partner-Led Growth" Playbook: You have a proven track record of at least 5 years leading and scaling successful partnership ecosystems in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. You know what success looks like at scale.
Entrepreneurial Generalist Mindset: You don't think in silos. You understand how product, tech, sales, and marketing must converge to make a partnership successful.
Commercial & Legal Acumen: Deep experience in designing complex commercial models (revenue share, commission tiers, etc.) and navigating technical contract negotiations.
AI Proficiency: You personally leverage AI tools to enhance your workflow and possess a clear vision for how AI agents will transform commerce in the travel sector.
Technical Literacy: While you don’t need to code, you must speak the language of APIs and software integrations. You can translate market needs into technical requirements for our product teams.
Analytical Growth Mindset: You focus on "non-linear" results - using data to prioritize initiatives that build their own momentum and create self-reinforcing growth loops.
Inspirational Leadership: Experience managing and growing high-performing teams. You know how to coach "hunters" and "farmers" alike within a partnership context, and how to lead them through the AI transformation of our work.
High-Stakes Communication & Negotiation: You are a master at managing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, and can navigate complex commercial partnership model negotiations with C-level executives.
Native-level English Speaker: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
➕ Nice-to-Have
Industry Experience: Experience in the Attractions, "Things-to-do," Accommodation, or broader Travel-Tech space is a massive advantage - especially experience with distribution and OTAs.
German Language Skills: Business-level German is a major advantage given our strong presence in the DACH region.
Additional European Languages: Fluency in Italian, Spanish, French, or other European languages is a huge plus as we scale our European network.
Hardware/Software Knowledge: Familiarity with on-site POS or entry-management systems and how they integrate with cloud software.
