And that's where you come in: you, as a Head of Marketing (m/f/d) to drive us forward on this exciting journey. We are open to full-time (40h/week) position.
We are looking to fill this position full-time starting 01.04.2026. Whether on-site at our Berlin offices, hybrid, or remote within the E.U. - the work setup choice is yours!
🎯 What you'll own
• As a key leadership team member, you'll report directly to our CRO.
• You will shape and execute our marketing strategy.
• You will lead and manage all marketing channels, driving both inbound and outbound lead generation for sustainable growth.
• You will oversee PR and product communication, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• You will balance incremental improvements with bold initiatives to explore new market segments.
• You will monitor and communicate revenue-focused KPI as part of the Revenue team.
🧠 You Bring
• You can create, sell, and execute a strong vision of how to turn our company strategy into impact on positioning and branding in Marketing.
• You are a versatile marketer who experiments, learns quickly, and makes decisive actions.
• You have 2+ years of leadership experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of driving growth.
• You are well-versed in modern marketing strategies for B2B SaaS and adept at managing marketing activities along the full Buyer journey and Customer lifecycle in an AI age.
• You combine empathy with expertise to lead and support your team effectively.
• You use analytical skills to understand data, challenge norms, and guide decisions.
• You are experienced with Hubspot and other MarTech tools.
• You are solution-oriented, data-driven, and systematic in your approach.
• You are a visionary and passionate individual who looks beyond the day-to-day to identify opportunities and champion new ways of doing things.
• You have full working proficiency in English.

• You are familiar with our target audience or the tourism industry in general.
• You have PR experience.
• You have excelled in outbound or allbound B2B lead generation.
• You speak additional European languages fluently.
