At bookingkit, Europe's leading booking and reservation software for tours and activities, big changes are on the horizon. Our goal by 2030 is to create an AI powered Success Platform enabling Attractions like museums, sights, and theme parks to grow ticket sales and simplify ticket operations.
And that's where you come in: We are looking for you as Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) to drive us forward on this exciting journey.
This is a full-time (40h/week) position starting ideally on 15.07.2025. Hybrid or remote, the work setup choice is yours!
Your Day-to-Day
As our Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine behind marketing and sales alignment — building smarter funnels, faster processes, and sharper insights.
- Own the revenue tech stack (HubSpot, Insycle, Clay, etc.) — build, manage, and optimize.
- Design and refine lead lifecycle flows to improve conversion, speed to close, and sales productivity.
- Partner with Marketing to improve campaign performance and with Sales to streamline the pipeline.
- Partner with Customer Success to build and run retention playbooks: upsell, cross-sell, churn recovery, and winback.
- Lead automation efforts for prospect nurturing, onboarding, and customer expansion.
- Turn data into action — report on KPIs, segment audiences, and identify growth levers.
We are a Good Match if You Have:
- 3+ years in RevOps, Growth Ops, or CRM Strategy (ideally in a B2B SaaS environment).
- Deep knowledge of Hubspot (admin-level) and sales automation tools.
- Data-driven mindset — strong with reporting, dashboards, and tools like GA4, Metabase, Looker, etc.
- Proven experience building full-funnel revenue processes.
- Clear communicator with high cross-functional EQ — Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing love working with you.
- English fluency (German or Italian is a plus).
Super Awesome if You Have:
- Background in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer journey mapping.
- Comfort running small-scale experiments to optimize retention or funnel conversion.
