And that's where you come in: We are looking for you as Senior Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) to drive us forward on this exciting journey.
This is an unlimited, full-time position starting as soon as possible.

Your Day-to-Day
- Develop and Drive the Partnerships Strategy: Create and implement the overarching partnerships strategy for bookingkit, in close collaboration with product and GTM teams and in alignment with the company strategy
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, prioritize, and establish key partnerships that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Relationship Management and Partner Enablement: Manage and nurture key partner relationships, to ensure partners are successful in driving mutual growth.
- Monetization Strategy and Commercial Negotiations: Lead negotiations on partnership agreements and develop monetization strategies to ensure profitable and scalable partnerships.
- Partnership Program Management: Build, scale, and manage a formalized partnership program with clear KPIs and processes to measure success and optimize performance.
- Market Research and Performance Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze partnership performance data to optimize strategies and ensure competitiveness.
- Building and Scaling the Partnerships Function: Develop a roadmap for scaling the partnerships department, including hiring, resource allocation, and establishing systems for growth.
We are a Good Match if You Have:
- Proven Experience in B2B Partnerships: 5+ years of experience in building and scaling strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Ideally having built or managed a formalized partnership program before.
- Technical and Industry Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS business models, partner ecosystems, reseller/distributor platforms, app marketplaces, APIs and technology integrations. Ideally from working in the experience industry or in similar spaces like hotels or travel.
- Strong Commercial Acumen: Extensive experience in monetization strategies and negotiating complex partnership agreements, including revenue-sharing models, co-marketing strategies, and licensing deals.
- Exceptional Relationship Management Skills: Track record of cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and co-workers. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strategic Thinking and Collaboration: Ability to develop and execute a partnership strategy, while working cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in developing KPIs and using data to track the success of partnerships and develop strategies for performance improvement.
- Entrepreneurial Growth Mindset: Ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Innovative mindset to experiment, iterate and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Native-level English Speaker: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in Product Management / Development: Huge plus, you will collaborate very closely with our product development team, influence our roadmap with your perspective of the market, and represent partners and their requirements.
- German Speaker: Business-level German is a big plus, as bookingkit has many partners in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
